About the Coins

Birdie Screenshot Translator provides coins as a means for users to utilize translation services through our extension. Each coin grants you the ability to translate one screenshot.

Coins can be purchased in the extension. There are 3 packages to choose. Coins do not expire and can be utilized until completely used up.

Your use of the Services

Birdie Screenshot Translator provides the opportunity to purchase a limited license key for personal use, which is non-transferable, exclusive, revocable, and subject to the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms. Any rights not explicitly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Birdie Screenshot Translator.

You have the option to terminate this Agreement by sending an email to birdiescreenshottranslator@gmail.com, requesting the deletion of your Account and its associated data. Upon termination of your Account, any remaining coins linked to your Account will be cancelled.

We retain the right to terminate this agreement and close your Account at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. In the event of termination without cause, we will refund any unused coins associated with your Account, unless there is evidence suggesting a violation of these Terms or fraudulent/illegal use of the Services. However, if termination occurs for cause, any remaining coins linked to your Account will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy

Use of the the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at https://birdie-screenshot-translator.com/privacy.

Limitation of Liability

To the greatest extent permitted by law, Birdie Screenshot Translator and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (referred to as the "disclaimers") shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your utilization of the Services, even if Birdie Screenshot Translator has been advised of the potential occurrence of such losses.

In the event that any portion of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such portion shall be considered separable, and it shall not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

You may not assign, transfer or sublicense this Agreement or your rights and obligations under this Agreement, without our prior written consent.
